Estimator

I am currently partnered with an established and reputable General Contractor that is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its growing team in Lubbock, Texas . The company specializes in a diverse range of commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on government facilities, educational institutions, restaurants, and retail developments . With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term client relationships, they are well-positioned for significant growth in the coming years.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process, preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project documentation, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through award. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction practices and experience working directly for a General Contractor .

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator working for a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction estimating and preconstruction processes
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates
• Experience working on projects within government, education, retail, or restaurant sectors is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Must currently reside in Texas and be willing to relocate to Lubbock, TX
