Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Advanced practice provider (PA/NP) opportunity with an expanding outpatient orthopedic spine team.

Adult-only patient population with a focus on non-operative spine care.

Consistent schedule: MondayThursday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.12:00 p.m.

Outpatient-only role with minimal call and weekly built-in administrative time, supporting strong worklife balance.

Responsibilities include new evaluations, follow-up visits, patient education, and individualized non-operative treatment planning for spine conditions.

Close collaboration with an orthopedic spine surgeon and clinic team to support program growth and high-quality outcomes.

Duties include imaging review, documentation, and care coordination across departments.

Opportunity to serve as a clinical leader within a growing spine service line.

Licensed or license-eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant required.

Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management, or a related specialty preferred.

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
