Sales Professional - Inside Sales

Responsibilities Lead Generation: prospect 1–2 hours each day and obtain referrals from families served. Network and build community relationships to generate referrals. Present and explain options to families and referred contacts. Maintain activity records to ensure productivity. Respond promptly to client inquiries with respect, sensitivity, and professionalism. Build trust‑based relationships with families, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support. Prepare for and conduct appointments with professionalism and attention to detail. Follow through on all customer problems and requests. Earn referrals by educating families on reporting, pre‑planning, and the benefits of pre‑arranged services. Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and cemetery staff to provide seamless, high‑quality service. Review prior services and maintain contact to support current and future needs. Minimum Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent education and experience. Experience: 1–2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred. Licenses: Current state/province driver’s license with a clean record; insurance license if required by law. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Pass internal presentation certification within thirty days of hire. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and up to 12 hours in a day as needed. Regular travel and driving expected. Empathy and respectful communication with families. Basic computer proficiency and use of standard software. Customer‑service skills and ability to work as part of a team. Compensation Total target compensation range: $50,000–$100,000, including sales incentives.
