Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

· Promote and present our services to prospective clients via phone, email and virtual meetings

· Develop and maintain existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

· Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to overall company growth

· Collaborate across teams to share customer insight and ensure customer satisfaction

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
