Radiation TherapistAn established healthcare provider is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join its oncology team. This role is responsible for delivering radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians while ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and compliance with clinical standards. The Radiation Therapist works closely with the radiation oncology team and plays a key role in patient care, treatment planning support, and maintaining high-quality treatment delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocolsEnsure accurate patient positioning and treatment deliveryCollaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and clinical staff to support patient care plansMaintain detailed and accurate patient records within clinical systemsFollow all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirementsProvide clear communication and support to patients and their familiesUtilize treatment planning and imaging systems effectively (e.g., ARIA, Eclipse, CT platforms)Participate in quality assurance and departmental proceduresRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalentActive Radiation Therapy certification in good standingBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationWhy This Location?
