Job Summary

As a Radiation Therapist, you will administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients under the supervision of the Radiation Therapy leadership team and Radiation Oncologists. You will ensure accurate delivery of treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, radiation protection, and clinical precision .

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy (Required)
• Radiation Therapy Certification (Required, active and in good standing)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care protocols
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary oncology team

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Operate and verify treatment plans using oncology systems and imaging tools
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment setup
• Monitor patient response during therapy sessions
• Maintain strict radiation safety protocols and compliance standards
• Collaborate with oncology care teams for treatment planning and execution
• Document treatment records accurately in clinical systems
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and expectations

Compensation & Benefits

• $104,000 – $145,808 annual salary (based on experience)
