Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration with accuracy and precision. Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers, and probate filings. Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information to support attorneys and strengthen case outcomes. Communicate professionally with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates. Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines. Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas that help the firm deliver excellent client service. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. Paralegal certification preferred. At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm. Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite. A proven record of high achievement, self-motivation, and a drive to keep learning and growing. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
