School Based Occupational Therapist
School Based Occupational Therapist position for a 36-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana, with hourly pay up to $55.00 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' physical and cognitive abilities to determine functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
- Implement interventions in classroom and therapy settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide education and training to staff and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with school district policies and regulations.
- Assist in setting goals for IEP/504 plans.
