Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a fully onsite, school-based position. This specific role will focus heavily on student evaluations and peer collaboration. Candidates must hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to be considered.

Job Overview
* Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
* Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
* Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
* Term: August 3, 2026 – June 1, 2027
* Caseload: Approximately 50-70 students
* Primary Focus: Diagnostic evaluations and collaborative team support
* Compensation: $39.00 - $48.50 / hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluations: Lead comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
* Staff Collaboration: Partner closely with onsite SLP staff to coordinate care.
* IEP Management: Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
* Therapy Delivery: Provide targeted onsite speech therapy sessions as needed.
* Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely documentation and track diagnostic data.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Certification: Must hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
* Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
* Licensure: Valid or pending Indiana State SLP License.
* Skills: Strong diagnostic background and excellent collaborative skills.
