Under the direction of Ambulatory executive leadership, works in partnership with department and health system nursing, physician, and operational leadership to effectively manage an assigned clinical portfolio across multiple programs, specialties, and sites. This role collaborates with local nursing leadership to promote excellence in nursing practice, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship.

Required Education Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related healthcare field Experience 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including 5 years of manager-level or above nursing leadership experience Licenses and Certifications (RN) REGISTERED NURSE licensure in the state of Texas Preferred Experience Experience in an academic medical center Experience leading multisite ambulatory care networks Magnet experience Licenses and Certifications ANCC Board Certification (NEA-BC, RN-BC, or specialty certification)
