Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with both mental health challenges and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapies tailored for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• In-depth knowledge of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
