Highlights Pay: $39.50 - $59.60/hour Location: Garfield Heights, OH Facility: Marymount Hospital Department/Unit: Neuroscience Medical Unit Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of ambulatory procedural settings caring for hospitalized patients. Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in procedural settings to ensure quality of care. Anticipate and resolve patient care issues. Ensure continuity of patient care by facilitating communication and collaboration among staff. Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers. Provide ongoing clinical evaluation of nurses and other patient care providers. Counsel employees on performance issues and administer initial corrective actions. Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical or performance issues. Participate in interviewing, selecting, and appraising the performance of employees. Monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics.
