Together, we collaborate on each project to offer a "think out of the box approach" to solutions because we believe in assisting our clients with options and quality consultations.As a Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both field and office collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivityManage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completionPrepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change ordersPrice, process, and track all project change orders; communicate adjustments to stakeholdersDevelop and implement quality control programs to ensure consistent standards across all projectsEnsure compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards—promoting a safe, injury-free work environment throughout all phases of the projectInvestigate and resolve incidents or delays, ensuring adherence to proper construction procedures and timelinesOversee all BIM activities in partnership with the BIM Coordinator to ensure successful detailing and coordinationManage activities during the warranty period to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any post-construction issuesReview job drawings and specifications to determine construction methods and scopeWork collaboratively with Foremen, Submittal Coordinators, and Purchasing for timely procurement of materials and equipmentCoordinate subcontractor documentation, work schedules, and materialsSupport vendor and subcontractor negotiations and help resolve worksite issuesEngage regularly with field personnel and project stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure alignmentServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the projectConduct regular site visits and facilitate updates on project progress, milestones, and key decisionsCollaborate with supervisory staff, design professionals, and clients to resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction challengesProject Leadership & Execution: Lead project teams, manage scope, time and budget of projects, communicate effectively and mitigate risks to safely execute projects on time and within budget.Construction Knowledge & Field Coordination: Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure construction tasks are carried out to plan and coordinate with all necessary parties. Communicate instructions, updates, concerns, and issues to team members, supervisors, clients and vendors to keep the project working efficiently.Budgeting, Cost Control, & Change Management: Provide financial analysis, budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis while creating and monitoring project budgets and analyzing cost reports and communicating with stakeholders.Quality & Safety Compliance: Enhance processes to achieve positive results and identify and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.Communication & Team Collaboration: Effectively communicating with supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.Strategic Problem Solving: Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problemsClient Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide effective communication, and ensure customer satisfaction to strengthen and maintain relationships with clients.Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work to set performance standards and identify the best people for the job.Supervisory Responsibilities: May be required to mentor Project Engineers and supervise Project Assistants.Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Licenses/Certifications required ):Preferred: Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial constructionProficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operationsStrong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentationExcellent leadership, time management, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management softwareOSHA 10 or higherSalary RangeSalary: $95,000 - $135,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance?based bonus.
