Client Coordinator

PRN / As-Needed Client Coordinator | Revive at The Group Medical Spa Revive at The Group Medical Spa is looking for a PRN/As-Needed Client Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and client-focused individual to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of Revive. This is a PRN/as-needed position designed to provide additional coverage based on staffing and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary. What You'll Do Greet clients and guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service Answer phones and assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and products Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate invoices and records Schedule and confirm appointments Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and client portals Develop knowledge of Revive's treatments, services, and products to help educate clients Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and product displays Support medical spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives Help resolve client questions or concerns and elevate issues to management when appropriate Collaborate with providers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revive's policies and professional standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous customer service, front desk, retail, spa, beauty, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using scheduling software, client portals, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology Dependable, positive, and willing to step in when additional coverage is needed Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or the medical spa industry is a plus If you enjoy working with people, creating an outstanding client experience, and being part of a collaborative medical spa team, we'd love to hear from you!
