Human Resources Manager

The position creates an exceptional employee experience while driving organizational performance through talent, leadership development, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership Serve as a member of the leadership team providing HR guidance. Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions. Employee Relations Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations matters. Coach managers on performance management, investigations, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution. Conduct workplace investigations while ensuring consistency and legal compliance. Promote a positive, engaging, and high‑performance culture. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring quality and speed. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs. Development Coach leaders on effective management practices. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Foster accountability throughout the organization. Oversee compensation programs including bonus and incentive programs. Partner with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure competitive offerings. Ensure compliance with benefit regulations. HR Operations Develop policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. Improve HR processes through automation and continuous improvement. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain employee handbook and HR policies. Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 7+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Experience supporting multi‑site operations Strong employee relations and investigations experience Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Strong coaching and leadership skills Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr True North Hotel Group
