Job Title Collections Clerk Location Tampa, FL Job Description Manage and collect on customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices. Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances and payment status. Research and resolve billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and customer concerns. Review aging reports and prioritize collection activities. Document all collection efforts and communications in the system. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Billing, and Cash Application teams to resolve account issues. Monitor accounts for delinquency and escalated issues as needed. Critical Information Work schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm Workplace: In-person No travel required Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
