Respiratory Therapist - NICU

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for our NICU. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of work experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care setting. Night shifts will be required, with schedules typically consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working holidays and weekends, as availability for both is essential. Requests for time off must be submitted prior to the application and cannot exceed five days. Block scheduling is only available for weekend shifts. All candidates will need to float within the facility as needed. Familiarity with ventilators and various respiratory devices is necessary. Candidates should have experience working with neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. Additional interdisciplinary support teams will be available, including IV teams and physical therapy. All certifications must be submitted with the application. A background check will be conducted upon hire, and results may impact employment. This position is an excellent opportunity to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.
