TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Wilmington, North Carolina, 28401!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: First-time travelers accepted Charge experience preferred Description: MS/Tele RN position available. RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly lead to a cancel and DNR. Float required as needed. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio is 1:5-6. Contract staff will be assigned to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Staff may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualty situations, or disasters. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur, and staff may be preassigned to units as needed. Unit includes an isolation area for COVID patients and provides multi-level care, including stepdown. Stepdown care is handled by the stepdown staff, not MS staff. Unit systems include medication management, documentation, and communication systems. Travelers will attend facility orientation during the first week and must be available for daily classes. Must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty.
