Support an e-commerce company with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and financial reporting. About Assist World Assist World provides remote staffing support to businesses across multiple industries. What you'll do Maintain QuickBooks records Record financial transactions Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices Track outstanding payments Prepare financial reports Maintain financial documentation What we're looking for Three or more years of bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks experience Excel or Google Sheets proficiency AP and AR experience Bank reconciliation experience Strong numerical accuracy Good communication skills Ability to work independently Benefits 100% remote Flexible remote environment Accounting experience E-commerce exposure Birthday bonus Professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
