As an Armed Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour Must be 21 or older 2+ Years' Law Enforcement/Military/Corrections Experience Requried Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate incident and activity documentation. Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and follow all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies for armed security-related duties. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of Law Enforcement, Military Police, or Corrections experience. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
