As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a residential tower location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report concerns, assist residents and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including common areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, property concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
