Shop Assistant (1st Shift)

JOB TITLE: Shop Assistant Level I PAY RANGE: $18- $22/hr | SHIFT: 1st / Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30p (overtime as needed) SEE WHAT WE DO: QUICK SUMMARY The Shop Assistant Level I supports daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced sheet metal environment. This entry-level role assists with grinding, deburring, sanding, and general shop support to ensure parts meet quality standards and delivery timelines. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and interest in developing manufacturing skills while supporting multiple departments.
