Maintenance Technician

$30.00/Hour | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation. This role is responsible for maintaining conveyor systems, repairing equipment, performing facility upkeep, and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and related equipment
Work with scanners, scales, photo eyes, sensors, and other conveyor electrical components
Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment
Repair and maintain box erector machines and material handling equipment
Complete general facility repairs, lighting upgrades, and warehouse maintenance projects
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Perform minor plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and related fixtures
Assist with painting and general building upkeep as needed

Qualifications:

Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, preferably in a pick/pack or distribution environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with conveyor controls, sensors, scanners, and related systems
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs independently
Willingness to learn painting, plumbing, and additional maintenance skills as needed
Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday
6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Overtime available several times per month, typically Monday and Tuesday evenings until 9:00 PM
