Position Human Resource Generalist Category Human Resources Rate of Pay Description We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This role provides vital support in managing employee relations and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills, familiarity with HR systems, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. HR Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding and orientation process to ensure smooth integration into the clinic Assist with talent acquisition process Schedules interviews for potential candidates Maintains accurate personnel records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time Tracks items for compliance such as licensures, immunizations, CPR certificates, and signed policies Maintains up to date checklist for credentialing and privileges Updates HR databases (e.g., new hires and separations) Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Cross trains with Administrative assistant to attend Board of Directors meetings and other administrative meetings as required; prepare, record, and distribute accurate meeting minutes, maintain official meeting records, and follow up on action items.
