Collections Specialist: Billing & Payment Champion
Rumpke of Ohio, Inc.
Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage assigned customer portfolios and secure timely payments. This non-exempt role contacts customers, resolves billing discrepancies, and maintains accurate records while upholding company credit policies. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in collections or customer service, knowledge of TCPA laws, and basic Excel/ERP experience.
