Build your career.About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our Ashley Furniture location. You’ll be responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales team, driving store sales and profitability, maintaining strong customer experiences, and leading the day-to-day operation of the store.We believe in promoting from within and developing leaders for long-term careers. More than 75% of our Division Leaders started their careers as Store Managers.CompensationCompetitive base salaryMonthly performance-based bonus opportunitiesContests and additional incentivesCompensation tied to store performanceWhat You’ll DoLead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales teamSet clear expectations, reinforce accountability, and recognize strong performanceDrive daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and work with the team to achieve store goalsCoach Furniture Sales Professionals on customer engagement, product knowledge, selling, and closingReview sales results and key business metrics to identify opportunities and improve performanceRecruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop team membersManage staffing, scheduling, showroom standards, merchandising, and daily store operationsSupport promotions, financing programs, marketing initiatives, and customer engagementAddress customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experiencePartner with Division and corporate leadership to achieve business objectivesCreate a positive, energetic, competitive, and accountable store cultureWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious retail management, sales management, or sales leadership experienceProven ability to achieve sales goals and drive team performanceStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze sales metrics and use them to improve resultsOrganized, accountable, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coach and develop sales professionalsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededFurniture or home furnishings experience is a plus; other sales management backgrounds are valuedWhy Join Regency Management Services?We invest in our leaders through paid training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
