Marketing Manager

Shake Shack Singapore is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives for the Singapore market. Reporting to the leadership team, this role is responsible for driving brand campaigns, product launches, CRM initiatives, and local marketing activities to support business growth while ensuring alignment with global and APAC brand standards. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Support development of the annual marketing strategy and calendar Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Identify marketing opportunities to drive sales and guest engagement Collaborate with regional and global teams to localise campaigns Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities Brand & Communications Manage brand campaigns and communication initiatives Execute public relations, media and influencer/KOL programmes Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels Support community partnerships and local collaborations Product Marketing Plan and execute menu launches and LTO campaigns Partner with Culinary, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure successful launches Develop marketing plans and launch toolkits Support pricing communication and product positioning CRM & Digital Marketing Drive CRM campaigns to improve guest retention Manage app communications, EDMs and push notifications Analyse guest behaviour and campaign performance Support membership growth initiatives Sales & Local Store Marketing Develop and execute sales-driving campaigns Support local store marketing initiatives Track campaign performance and recommend improvements Requirements Minimum5 years of marketing experience Experience in F&B, retail or consumer brands preferred Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns Strong understanding of brand, digital and CRM marketing Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Commercially minded with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
