Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance DeRAMA Confinement Centre’s brand identity and market positioning in Singapore. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors. Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Passionate about maternal care, wellness, and family-oriented services. Proven experience in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
