As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of our largest customers — organizations of 5,000+ employees — and lead the strategy, relationships, and growth that turn them into long-term, expanding partnerships. You will be the primary driver of net revenue retention and expansion within your book, building multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and the C-suite.
This is a senior, commercially-owned role on a team that leadership treats as a core engine of the business.
What You'll Own
- A portfolio of enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) as the primary strategic partner across the customer's organization
- Upsell and cross-sell revenue, with quarterly expansion quotas and uncapped accelerators above target
- Multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and C-suite — never single-threaded
- Structured business reviews, ROI conversations, and account planning that deepen customer investment
- Whitespace identification and expansion across new teams, departments, and use cases
- Accurate pipeline forecasting in HubSpot, with the discipline and rigor of a top enterprise seller
You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of enterprise B2B account management or sales experience with a track record of expansion, not just renewal
- Proven success selling to HR, Finance, or Procurement buyers at organizations of 5,000+ employees
- Experience navigating complex orgs — you know how enterprise decisions actually get made and how to move deals across layers of stakeholders
- Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders
- Fluency with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar) and CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 – $150,000 OTE with uncapped accelerators
- Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
- 401(k) with 4% company match
