Our client is hiring Vendor Management Specialists to join their growing team in Langhorne, PA . This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, communication, organizational, and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will communicate with vendors and clients, review work requests, follow up on deadlines, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with vendors and clients by phone and email
• Review work orders and verify that information is complete and accurate
• Follow up with vendors to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Review vendor performance and help maintain quality standards
• Assist with resolving questions or issues from vendors and clients
• Review costs and work within established guidelines
• Help identify and contact vendors when needed
• Organize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for daily administrative tasks
  

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, administrative, vendor management, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and email
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting and filtering information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  

Property preservation, real estate, foreclosure, FHA, or vendor management experience is a plus, but not required.
