Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

ACCsurance is working with a Series B Startup Healthcare AI Client in San Francisco on a unique opportunity to join an organization that has found their market and a team that is ready to go. The Senior FP&A Manager will get the opportunity to grow the FP&A function from the ground up, receiving direct board exposure and a clear path to leadership with the first year. The company is doubling their FTE employee count by end of the year. The candidate will receive a salary of $180-210K plus bonus and competitive equity at a rocket‑ship stage company. You will work hybrid in the brand new San Francisco office with Bay Bridge views and receive top‑of‑the‑line benefits that include unlimited PTO, top‑tier health coverage, 401(k), fitness and commuter stipends Role Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field, MBA preferred 7-12 years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, and/or corporate finance at a high‑growth tech company, 3 years of which should be in a high growth tech startup (Series B–E stage) and at least 1 year of managing Financial Analysts Must have pre‑IPO experience in building an FP&A team Ability to build forecast models from scratch (not inherited existing ones) Possess a deep fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, unit economics) Ability to Implement and Administer PF&A planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive) SQL or BI dashboarding experience (Omni, Equals, Looker) Ability to cohesively and confidently present to Board and Executives Based in San Francisco and willing to come into office 3 days a week or relocate to the area #J-18808-Ljbffr
