Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, which features modern equipment and technology designed to optimize patient recovery. Our work setting promotes a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach, where Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists regularly coordinate to provide holistic care. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans for patients under the supervision of the lead Physical Therapist, emphasizing the improvement of mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing physical wellness.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and exercise techniques, and design customized home exercise programs to sustain their recovery journey.
• Administer various treatment modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, aligning with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking metrics such as range of motion and strength gains to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in proper order for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and the delivery of optimal outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive environment that motivates them throughout their rehabilitation.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, maintaining strict patient confidentiality and respecting individual rights.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
