As a Coordinator, Laboratory,'you'll oversee laboratory operations, ensure safety compliance, manage resources, and support faculty, researchers, and students in a dynamic academic setting. Salary Range: $47,731 - $57,277 What You'll Do Manage Laboratory Operations Coordinate daily laboratory activities and preparation of lab spaces. Promote a Culture of Safety Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams to implement laboratory safety procedures and compliance standards. Lead & Develop Staff Supervise student assistants and part‑time employees through training, guidance, and performance management. Oversee Equipment & Supplies Procure, maintain, and monitor laboratory inventory and equipment. Manage Resources Track laboratory budgets and support efficient resource utilization. Support Research & Learning Assist with development of laboratory experiments and provide instructional support as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem‑solving and working in a dynamic educational environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of related experience OR Associate degree in an Engineering discipline plus ten (10) years of related experience.
