Role DescriptionThe Warehouse team is a sub-team of our CA Site Operations team within the Technology group at Form Energy and is focused on supporting our manufacturing and office operations. We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to contribute and ensure facilities run smoothly and to support our technical operations.We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to support our manufacturing and office operations. This person will make sure our facility runs smoothly and will support our technical operations. You will be both able to independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities as well as to quickly tackle facility management needs. This person will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team to provide a great and safe place to work. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving technology start-up with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission.What You'll Do:Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments with an electronic inventory systemOrganize and maintain hardware and consumables inventoryManage and maintain all materials incoming, ensuring they are delivered to the correct point of use and safely storedTrack and maintain inventory of key material quantities in support of maintaining allowable on use quantitiesSupport Production for Pull of product requestsSupport the shipping of items to off-site storage including wrapping, logging, marking items for shipment to Intra–warehouse (MA, WV, CA)Organize and execute economical freight shipmentsSupport the receiving of large, heavy items from suppliers and tollersParticipate in space organization for eventsMaintain safe surfaces inside and outside the facilityInterface with vendors, provide escorts, maintain a secure environmentAssist in security, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety needs of the organization; Door/dock monitoring and security from 7 AM to 3:30 PMWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of experience doing detail-oriented, hands-on workAbility to learn to cloud-based organizational toolsFlexible person with the ability to shift gears quickly and come back to the original task as neededStrong communication and organization skillsForklift certified or willing to be trainedHazmat, DOT or IATA certified or willing to be certifiedAbility to regularly lift 35 to 50 lbsTrades skills are a plusHumanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy's culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
