we are a leading provider of Home Care Services throughout New York State. We are looking to further expand our team and bring on dedicated, reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA).

HHA/PCA Qualifications:

Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide or (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
Current Photo ID & Social Security card
Drug screen (last 6 months)
Full physical (last 6 months) 2 PPD's, Rubella & Rubeola titers
Two references

HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Social Interaction

Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner
