Temporary Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist for a 4-6 week assignment to assist at our apartment complex. The primary responsibility will be answering phones, providing basic information to residents and prospective tenants, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Providing general information about the apartment complex to callers
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming phone demeanor
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications include:
- Previous phone handling or receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
