Construction Manager | HCAI / OSHPD Healthcare Projects| Glendale & Northridge, CA | On-site | $125,000 to $155,000+ Renewyx has partnered with a general contractor delivering HCAI and OSHPD regulated healthcare facility construction to identify a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across Glendale and Northridge, CA, in a fast paced General Contractor environment. Looking for strong Construction Managers, Project Managers, or Assistant Superintendents with applicable experience. This is a strong fit for a construction professional with real HCAI/OSHPD project experience and the ability to keep pace with GC urgency. The role: You'll take ownership of healthcare facility construction on-site across Glendale and Northridge, CA, navigating HCAI/OSHPD regulatory requirements while coordinating trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up. What you'll bring: 8+ years of experience in the construction industry Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: Prior healthcare or institutional facility experience Familiarity with DSA or similar regulatory bodies A background coordinating multiple trades on active hospital campuses What's on offer: $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience 4% 401k match A typical annual bonus of up to 5% Full benefits, including 100% employee health coverage up to Kaiser Platinum 11 holidays, three weeks PTO, one week sick time A $40/month phone allowance and all necessary work equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Renewyx LLC
