Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ needs, backgrounds, and mental health histories.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that they are aligned with client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique needs, whether cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or others.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, which include adapting materials and ensuring client accessibility for those who face transportation or scheduling challenges.

• Create and maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, including assessment notes, treatment plans, and outcome evaluations.

• Engage in continued professional development activities, pursuing relevant training and certifications to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clinic serves clients from various backgrounds, so an understanding of cultural, ethnic, and individual differences will be essential for effectively addressing their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-Clinical).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showing the ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
