Work Environment\n

This role is based in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while remaining committed to client care. Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed, you will have the opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance while actively engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for senior clients, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Partnering with clients and their families to develop individualized care plans that reflect their specific preferences and life goals.

• Providing counseling and emotional support, assisting seniors in navigating significant life transitions, such as relocating or coping with health changes.

• Advocating for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
