Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to directly connect with seniors through virtual appointments and phone consultations. You will be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team comprising nurses, caregivers, and healthcare representatives focused on delivering optimal care. Regular communication will be vital to ensure continuity in client support and progress tracking. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n
