Your work schedule will generally follow standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend duties as necessary based on client needs. Given the nature of our work, an on-call availability may occasionally be required to address urgent client issues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the psychosocial needs of senior clients, focusing on emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Facilitate counseling sessions providing emotional support to seniors, guiding them and their families through transitions such as loss, relocation, or health changes.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and caregivers, to coordinate care effectively and enhance service delivery for our elderly population.

• Regularly visit clients to monitor their well-being, assess living conditions, engage in safety checks, and address any arising concerns.

• Educate clients and their families regarding available community resources, support groups, and social programs to foster social engagement.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, care plans, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
