Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Hopeful Mind, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, alcohol and substance abuse, and communication difficulties.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Designing personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and reviewing progress regularly to adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated care to your clients.

• Documenting treatment sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve vary widely, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing emotional and psychological distress. Issues commonly addressed will include:
