Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, aiding in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide interventions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on individuals experiencing mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. You will also work with vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, providing much-needed support and therapeutic interventions to help them navigate their challenges and achieve stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
