Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility for therapists to manage their work-life balance effectively. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., therapists will have the opportunity to engage with clients via teletherapy platforms and maintain consistent communication with colleagues. The workload is structured yet adaptable, allowing therapists to focus on delivering high-quality care to clients while integrating seamlessly with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity and duration of clients' mood disorders and relational issues.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.

• Implement established therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families related to mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress rigorously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to accommodate changing needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits\n
