You will have the flexibility to manage your time effectively, with the autonomy to determine your caseload, which can vary between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Our state-of-the-art telehealth platform ensures secure and efficient client interactions, and opportunities for team consultation and meetings are regularly scheduled both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) in collaboration with psychiatrists or psychologists.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling.

• Developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring that each client's unique needs are appropriately addressed.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and propose new strategies for client engagement and success.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress while adhering to all regulatory guidelines related to telehealth practices.

• Offering clinical consultation and advice to clients and families regarding sociocultural factors that may affect their mental health.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a varied client base, consisting of individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with mental health and dual diagnosis disorders. This includes but is not limited to issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on delivering compassionate care and fostering resilience in clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
