Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, providing therapy sessions that adapt to their needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring continuity of care and tracking progress over time.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to confidentiality standards and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with other members of the clinical team to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Psychiatry Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
