Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations and providing short-term psychotherapy to individuals and families, tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to effectively address a range of mental health issues, including crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and family therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, ensuring consistent quality care and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, providing care to clients struggling with mental health disorders, dual diagnoses, and various life challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent in the state of Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
