Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Documenting session notes and progress reports efficiently using electronic health record systems.

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

• Providing clients with referrals to specialists and resources when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, including:

• Couples dealing with relationship challenges, including communication difficulties and infidelity.

• Families navigating grief, loss, medical issues, and conflicts among members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
