This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services to clients from the comfort of your own home. As a telehealth therapist, you will connect with patients primarily through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. The flexible work schedule spans Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance and accommodating your personal and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to patients via telehealth, conducting individual, group, and family sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological challenges, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Use therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussions around goals, coping strategies, and personal growth, actively engaging clients in the therapeutic process.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share insights with colleagues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including Nurse Practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and other mental health concerns. Your role is pivotal in providing culturally competent care, and you will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, respecting and acknowledging their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possess an active, unrestricted California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a proven ability to provide effective therapy, with a focus on empathy, support, and positive patient outcomes.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient scheduling of client sessions and management of documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or social services setting, providing direct patient services in either individual or group therapy environments.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
