In this role, you will work in a completely remote setting that utilizes telehealth technology to interact with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Utilize automated symptom assessments and outcome measures to evaluate clients' progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment strategies, ensuring clients receive integrated mental health care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments and devise tailored treatment plans for individuals (aged 13 and older) and couples using various psychotherapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Engage in regular team consultations and receive support from leadership to enhance your clinical skills and patient care methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, consisting of individuals and couples across various cultural backgrounds. The primary age group for therapy consists of adolescents (13 years and up) and adults seeking support for emotional disorders, relationship challenges, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
